The List goes on and if your tring to Sell your Home

or Buy a Home you have to wonder which one is closet

to the real market value.

Yes it can be frustrating and confusing and you can get

out right mad when the buyer interested in buying your

home uses these figure's to make you an offer or if you

use these figures to sell your home and their not even close.

An appraisal is just an opinion of your Homes Value based

on recent sales of similar homes, condition of home & property,

and upgrades done to the home & property by you or the

previous owner's.

A true Appraisal or CMA can only be given when all the facts

are included and your upgrade's to your House & property

have been included.  You can't judge a book by it's cover

and you can't get a true value of your house without all the facts.

The only way to get a True Value for your home is to pay an

appraiser or have a Realtor come by and give you a CMA
